MBNA and SMS sign a new contract
MBNA (Bank of America) is the number one credit card provider for the
UK and has been a client of Secure Mail Services for 13 years.
We are delighted to confirm that MBNA and SMS have signed a new contract,
updating our terms of business in all areas and further reinforcing the
relationship between the two companies.
In addition, SMS achieved a 100% score against MBNA’s monthly processes
efficiency check in December 2006.
SMS work closely with MBNA to provide a tight control on all credit cards
that are moved around by any means and to this end provide bespoke daily
reporting of all items that are collected and dispatched. This method
of reporting provides MBNA with the ability to see exactly how each card
has been processed and means they have the ability to track them from
card production until the arrival at the customers address. This secure
process is the core of SMS’ expertise.
