“Level of Care Never Experienced with other Postal Companies”

In February, Secure Mail Services (SMS) successfully handled the secure
delivery of 3497 tickets to customers attending the Keane Concert, held
in 9 venues across the UK, sold by new client, Sandbag, Europe’s
leading ethical merchandise and fan-club services company.
Only 3 items were returned to the ticket office for collection by customers,
equating to a 99.92% delivery success rate. SMS used e-mail and outbound
calling to ensure delivery success.
Sandbag commented: “I’d just like to say…now the tour
is over… how much I appreciate the help and assistance offered by
all at SMS over the last few weeks. Every e-mail and phone call was dealt
with quickly and efficiently and with a level of care never experienced
with other postal companies!!
This is the first of many events that Sandbag will be using SMS for this
year.
