SMS/DX Confirm Merger

We are pleased to announce that the offer made on 6 July 2006 which
would combine DX Services with Secure Mail Services has been agreed by
DX shareholders and has gone unconditional today.
Under the new ownership structure, James Greenbury, Chief Executive of
Secure Mail Services, has become the Chief Executive of the new parent
holding company, Mail Acquisitions Limited. James commented:

an exciting range of additional benefits to existing and new clients.
These include:
• merging the strengths of the leading independent end-to-end operators
in the UK postal market for both B2B and B2C
• improving the range and quality of service offering e.g. inter-branch
services

• an extended delivery network – Northern Ireland / Scotland
• contingency planning
• collection points for customers”
Paul Kehoe will continue in his role as Chief Executive of DX Services
and Keith Eden (Chief Operating Officer) and David Miller (Sales &
Marketing Director) will take responsibility for the day-to-day running
of Secure Mail Services.
