Collection services for US Passport Applicants
About the service
If you are applying for a US Passport service that does not involve a
personal appearance at the Embassy then Secure Mail Services can arrange
to collect your application and any required documentation.
You may choose a date (Monday to Friday) and an address from where you would
like Secure Mail Services to make the collection and the documents will be
delivered to the Embassy the following working day. At the time of booking
you must also book a return delivery service back to your preferred address
once the Embassy has completed processing.

To book our service please call 0870 950 1760 between 8.00am and 6pm, Monday
to Friday.
The price of the service will depend on collection and delivery times and the
number of applications being collected.
